Don Morisky is currently Professor in the Department of Community Health Sciences at the UCLA School of Public Health. Prior to his arrival in 1982, he was on the faculty of the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health where he received his Doctorate of Science in Health Education and Health Behavior.

Dr. Morisky is now back from sabbatical leave. He had a visiting professorial appointment at the Yang Ming University, College of Public Health, Taipei, Taiwan and taught graduate students majoring in the International Health Program.
