Don Morisky is Professor in the Department of Community Health Sciences at the UCLA School of Public Health.  Prior to his arrival in 1982, he was on the faculty of the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health where he received his Doctorate of Science in Health Education and Health Behavior. As a Professor, Dr. Morisky teaches the Departmental core courses in program planning, survey research methods and evaluation.  He also teaches courses on research methodology and courses addressing the social and behavioral determinants of HIV/AIDS prevention: a global perspective.
